Firelight Vineyards is a full production vineyard & winery operation with a tasting room, restaurant & entertainment venue located on the historic town square of Valley View, Texas. Firelight Vineyards specializes in events and hosts live music at the venue on the square every Saturday night. The vineyards are located on the north side of Lake Ray Roberts in the Texoma American Viticulture Area (AVA) about 12 miles from the tasting room. The wine tasting room & restaurant open hours are Thursday 12-7pm, Friday 12-10pm, Saturday 12pm-10pm, and Sunday 12-7pm. After many years of daydreaming, we started developing a plan to hang up our hats from the corporate world and pursue our passion for farming and wine. Formal education was attained through a degree in Enology and Viticulture, winery internships were completed with the highly regarded Epoch Estate Wines in Paso Robles, CA and Calais Winery in Hye, TX. Abundant practical research sampling occured along with visits to front and back-end operations of established wineries. After selling what we owned and transitioning out of our corporate roles, we moved full time to our hunting property in Montague, Texas. The dream was set in motion as the first estate Tempranillo vines were planted in 2018 followed by Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, Picpoul Blanc, Petite Sirah and Petite Verdot.

We are located less than an hour from Grapevine and close to North Fort Worth, making our Tasting Room a great place to enjoy and relax while sipping on your favorite TF Wine. With our spacious covered pavilion or comfortable barrel room we can manage Texas weather!
